2. I want to buy a design. How do I pay?

You can pay securely on cutedgecncdesigns.com using:

  • Razorpay (INR) – Credit card, debit card, net banking, wallet
  • PayPal (USD) – International payments

After successful payment, your design will be delivered instantly:

  • To your email, and
  • In your Account → Orders section

3. In which format will I receive the design?

All designs on cutedgecncdesigns.com are provided in DXF format.
DXF is the most widely used format for:

  • CNC laser cutting
  • CNC plasma cutting
  • CNC router/wood carving
  • Most CNC software and machines

You can easily scale the file up/down or convert it to other formats such as SVG, AI, EPS, PDF, etc.

4. The design I want is not listed on the website. What should I do?

No problem!
Just send your requirements to our email: [cutedgecncdesigns@gmail.com].
A designer from our community will create the custom design for you.

5. I have paid for a design but have not received it. What should I do?

There are 3 ways to download your purchased design from cutedgecncdesigns.com:

Method 1:

After completing the checkout, you will be redirected to a “Thank You” page.
You will see a button labeled “Download Your Design”.

Method 2:

You will automatically receive an email titled:
“Your cutedgecncdesigns.com order has been received!”
Inside the email, you will find a “Download Your Design” button.

Method 3:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click your profile icon (top-right corner)
  3. Select Account Settings
  4. Click Orders from the left-side menu
  5. Find your order → Click View
  6. Click the “Download Your Design” button
